    How does Dogivo make money?

    When you buy a gift through some of our links, Amazon for example, the store pays Dogivo a small commission. The price doesn't change for you, and there are no ads.

    Is it really free?

    Yes. Secret Santa, wish lists and collections are free, with no subscription and no paid features. Dogivo takes no fees on collections: everyone pays the organizer directly.

    Do I need to install the app?

    Not for Secret Santa: you create it on the website, and your friends and family join from their browser. Wish lists and collections are created in the free app, which also adds reminders and anonymous messages from your Secret Santa.

    Do I need an account or an email address?

    Not for your friends and family: the link is enough, they pick their first name with no account and no password. To organize a Secret Santa on the website, you create a Dogivo account, the same one as in the app: it lets you find your group anywhere.

    How do I stop couples drawing each other?

    With exclusions: you set who can't draw whom, a couple for example, and the draw follows your rules. If the rules make the draw impossible, Dogivo tells you before drawing and shows you which one to remove.
